Prerequisites: MUS 281 and 381. A comprehensive introduction to the techniques of generating and manipulating electronic imagery (video) by means of digital instrumentation. Study also includes digital video format standards, the principles of videotape recording, replay and editing, in addition to basics of sound including stereo and digital audio, and the synchronization of audio and video files.
