Prerequisite: GB 201. This course is an in-depth review of the law of contracts, i.e., formation, operation, discharge, and legal and equitable remedies. It examines Articles 2, 3, 4, and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC): Sales Contracts, Negotiable Instruments, Bank/Customer Relations and Electronic Funds Transfers.
