ANSC 255 - Introduction to Aquaculture

Two hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisite: ANSC101 and ANSC103; or an introductory biology course. Introduces the art and science of rearing aquatic animals and the essential principles of aquaculture. Students receive hands-on training in the methods required for successful husbandry and management of aquatic animals in their water environment.
