This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: ARTV 1445 or instructor approval. A studio course focused on advanced 3-D modeling and rendering techniques using industry standard software, spline modeling, patch modeling, and other organic modeling techniques; learn advanced use of camera settings, lighting, and surfacing to create detailed environments; cover advanced topics such as particle and volumetric effects, and setting up a model with weight maps, hierarchies, bones, and constraints.
