Prerequisite: (1) Current CPR certification, (2) Certification by the Texas Department of State Health Services as an Emergency Medical Technician-Basic or higher, (3) Completion of EMSP 2260, EMSP 2261, and EMSP 2143. A health related work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional.
