This is a Texas Common Course Number. Prerequisite: Music 2181 or demonstrated competence of the instructor. This course is a continuation of functional keyboard skills in Music 2181 with greater emphasis on advanced harmonization and appropriate technical skills. It is designed as a preparation for the piano proficiency exam for the music major, but is also open to any interested student. It is recommended that music majors also study privately. (2 Lab.)
