Prerequisite: BSCI105 or BSCI106. Recommended: PSYC301. For PSYC majors only. A merger between the disciplines of neuroscience and ethology (animal behavior) studies the behavioral functions of nervous systems using a comparative and evolutionary approach. Students will learn how the nervous system controls behavioral patterns in a variety of different organisms ranging from insects to mammals.
