Not open to students who have completed MATH210 with a grade of C- or better. Credit will be granted for only one of the following: MATH210 or MATH212. Topics from algebra and number theory designed to provide insight into arithmetic: sets, functions, number systems, number theory; operations with natural numbers, integers, rational numbers; linear equations.
