One hour of lecture and four hours of laboratory per week. Recommended: ARMY102. This course expands knowledge and proficiency in Basic Army Physical Fitness. Through a continued progressive, rigorous workouts, students improve individual fitness levels to exceed the Army Physical Fitness Test requirements. Course content also continues exploration of managerial skills and basic military tactics and techniques.
