Exploration of enterprise-wide systems used in businesses. Explores concepts and use of different enterprise systems including ERP and CRM systems. Gain a better understanding of ERP systems by using SAP R/3 to conduct common processes in businesses. Prerequisites: Admission to the M.B.A. program; INFO 326 (or equivalent) with a grade of C or better. Four hours per week for half a semester.
