Explores the aesthetic dimensions of advertising expression and cultural dimensions of reading and interpreting advertisements. Overview of how the advertising industry operates, what ad people do, and the effects of advertising on society. Prerequisite: C or better in CMAT 301. Three hours per week with enhancement.
