Study of the effects of aging on the structure and functioning of the human body. Integrates biological aging with other aspects of human existence. Includes discussions of diseases common among the elderly. May not be used to satisfy requirements within the biology major. Prerequisites: BIOL 101 or both BIOL 215 and 216. Three hours per week. Meets General Education IVB (Prior to Fall 2008: IIIB).
