This course will utilize a variety of assessment tools for problem identification and interpretation. Students will develop an understanding of occupational performance and context, and appreciate the uniqueness of activity analysis in the decision making process for clients diagnosed with physical disability. This course will develop skills needed for the planning and implementation of intervention strategies for the management and treatment of the physically disabled adult population in a variety of clinical settings. The course includes multiple lab experiences and participation in level I fieldwork. Two hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory a week. Limited to OCT majors. Prerequisite: OCT411. Co-requisite: OCT412.
