This course is designed to develop and enhance the student's competence to function effectively within any system delivering occupational therapy services. Organization and administration theory will be applied to occupational therapy practice with an emphasis on external and internal influences affecting administrative functions, marketing, communications, supervision, quality assurance, and professional advocacy. Required as prerequisite for and bridge course to occupational therapy masters degree program. Two lecture hours per week. Limited to OCT majors. Prerequisites: OCT611, OCT613.
