Coverage includes an analysis of instructional methods of teaching typewriter/computer keyboarding and document formatting (Grades 5-12), keyboarding demonstrations, skill building, unit and daily lesson planning, measurement and evaluation, application/production standards, and peer teaching. Requires onsite observations. Consideration is given to non-traditional instruction and materials for teaching disadvantaged and special needs students. Three lecture hours per week for half a semester. Required of all Business Education majors and minors. Prerequisite: BTE209. Co-requisite: BTE308
