The need for business and society to work together has never been more critical. The course examines a wide range of societal forces that have evolved into an increasingly complex web of social, government and business relationships. Society is changing and raising its expectations for business and government. The existence, power and changing nature of these relationships and expectations require careful, and ethical management attention and action. The course focuses on the roles and responsibilities of business in society. Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisites: BUS170, PHL203.
