Those practices, environmental forces, statutes, and managerial philosophies that shape total compensation programs for first line, managerial, and executive employees are explored. Also analyzed are current issues in compensation management and common obstacles to the establishment, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs. Prerequisite: MGT330.
