An examination of the fundamental elements of synchronous online communication with emphasis on how to develop a topic for web delivery, create interactive experiences and send clear and consistent messages to audiences. Students will learn how to evaluate and use a variety of web conferencing tools and how to present information orally and visually in a clear and effective manner, training others or making a variety of business/service decisions. Prerequisite: SPC101.
