This course includes history and philosophy of the camp movement, program planning, staffing, policies and procedures essential to the administration of a camp. Special emphasis is placed on agency, sport and specialty camps. Three lecture hours per week. Elective for Leisure Studies and Sport Management Concentrations. SMS major elective. Not open to students who have received credit for SFL371 or SFL371A.
