Through active participation, this course provides a study of adventure- based physical challenges that are applicable to education, leisure, and business settings. Physical activities that promote collaboration, cooperation, leadership, and other team and personal qualities will be presented. The skills of selecting, presenting, and facilitating adventure-based challenges with different populations will be included. Two hours per week. Satisfies SMS major adventure requirement. Fulfills the physical education activities requirement. Not open to students who have received credit for SFL165.
