This course is designed to introduce the student to the various exercise and conditioning programs. Students will learn to design individual and group programs for all ages in areas such as calisthenics, weight training, circuit training, and aerobic conditioning. Two hours per week. Open to SMS majors only. Not open to students who received credit for SFL391. Prerequisite: SFL171 or SMS171.
