Emphasis will be placed on those areas of general psychology, both developmental and experimental, which will allow the honors student to gain insights into how and why human beings behave as they do. In a seminar setting, with fieldwork and library related activities, students will explore the major perspectives in psychology and the work of noted psychologists. Students completing PSY101 or PSY103 cannot take this course for credits. Limited to Honors Program students, upon approval of the Instructor, Department Chairperson, and Honors Coordinator. First consideration given to Freshmen Honors Program Psychology majors.
