This course focuses on the development of appropriate strength and conditioning programs for optimizing sport performance, individualized strength programs and the physiological responses of the body to those programs. The principles and guidelines for appropriate and safe testing techniques will be addressed as well as how to design specific training programs. Three lecture hours per week.
