This course deals with the language of government and the political world of Spain and of Spanish-speaking countries. Taught on several levels, reading newspapers and political documents, formal conversations, diplomatic protocol, etc.; it prepares a student to function intelligently in Spanish political situations. Three hours of class work per week. Prerequisite: SPN202 or equivalent.
