A program of on-campus and/or off-campus internships in Spanish. Local community agencies and institutions, such as NSCAP (North Shore Community Access Program) and the Girl Scouts, will provide students opportunities in the Spanish-speaking community involving family, group and individual contact. Students will be supervised on-site. Periodic meetings with Foreign Languages faculty to assess and evaluate performance and progress. Prerequisite: Proficiency appropriate to the placement.
