Content includes the most recent dietary guidelines, the energy-yielding nutrients, regulation of digestion and absorption, metabolism, energy balance, vitamins and minerals. New research is highlighted throughout the course. Prerequisites: DTS 190; CHE 206; BIO 212. Offered spring semester. Fee.
