Impact of policy, legislation and advocacy on availability of programs, services and resources addressing food security, disease prevention, health promotion and nutritional status. Application of skills in relating to diverse populations through participation in education and other activities in the community. Prerequisite: DTS 340, DTS 354. Offered spring semester.
