This course studies the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of general medical agents: application of general principles and concepts to drugs that affect nerves, blood, cardiovascular, respiratory, excretory, metabolic and endocrine, immune and gastrointestinal systems. It includes a review of chemotherapy and the interaction of drugs in the anesthetized patient.
