The Anesthetic Agents course offers an in-depth study of the biochemistry, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of anesthetic agents: general principles of drug-receptor interactions, pharmacogenetics and environmental effects and application of these principles to inhalation and I.V. anesthetic agents, skeletal muscle relaxants, local anesthetics and the respective antagonists.
