SECD 472 -- @Science Curricula: Programs and Standards (3) This course is designed to introduce future teachers to school science curricula and programs in grades 7-12. Students will be made aware of current trends in science education as defined by the New York State Department of Education, the National Science Education Standards, Project 2061, and NSTA's Science Scope and Sequence Project. This course will integrate study of educational technology with the study of curricula and programs. Pre-requisite: SECD 372; Corequisite:SECD 410.
