DRAM 333 -- Stage Makeup and Mask Design (4) The study of stage makeup design principles, techniques, materials and tools as they are used to create characters for the stage. Character analysis and critical reading of scripts are used as the basis for study. Specialized makeup and mask-making materials and techniques are introduced such as prosthetics, scar and wounds, plaster molding, new plastics technology, and papier-maché. Fall. Gen Ed: AE credit.
