French society will be studied as a nation forged by a diversity of cultures. The focus will be placed upon both the economic and political integration and development of such diverse cultures and also their resistance to such integration. France, as a European nation, will be identified as a nation struggling with attractive poles; homogeneity and heterogeneity. Fall.
