As a capstone course for the women and gender studies minor, students bring together the work they have done in courses addressing gender issues. Th e course includes a seminar format to address contemporary feminist and gender issues; an opportunity to refl ect on students' undergraduate experiences studying in an interdisciplinary fi eld; and a research and writing project that explores a particular women or gender studies issue in greater depth.
