Development of listening, singing, and conducting skills in relation to MU 202 materials. Listening skills include recognizing, notating, and analyzing longer rhythms, melodies, and harmonic progressions that incorporate chromatic elements including Neapolitan, augmented-sixth, altered and extended tertian chords. Singing skills include recreating at sight chromatic melodies and harmonic progressions in arpeggiated form. Prerequisite: MU 211. 1 cr.
