Aimed at those presenting training, this experiential course will cover two key areas of training development and presentation: creative training methods and effective training design. Topics on training methods will focus on selecting and using a variety of creative techniques and learning activities to achieve training goals, and how to enhance and accelerate adult learning. Topics on training design will focus on a design and planning process to create results-oriented training and training plans. Prerequisite: CTD 440 recommended. 3 crs.
