Training delivery skills are a crucial part of implementing an effective instructional design and adult training process. This course will cover competencies important for instructors and trainers in the face-to-face, interactive classroom delivery of training. Topics will include using effective communication, presentation, and questioning/response skills for classroom training; providing learning and task clarification; providing feedback to learners; and working with different learning environments. Prerequisite: CTD 440 recommended. 3 crs.
