As an adult, one learns every day. It is important for adult educators and trainers to understand the dynamics of adult learning in order to facilitate effective and impactful learning environments for their students. Participants learn how to apply current principles of adult development, the psychology of learning, and experiential training techniques. Topics also include motivation and performance, adult learning styles, and experiential strategies. Meets LAC outcome: HCC3. 3 crs.
