What can be done when problems in an ongoing work group threaten to make it non-functional despite attempts to improve communication within the group In this course, participants look beyond the basics of small group communication to consider creative techniques for coping with challenging group dynamics. This practical, non-therapeutic, hands-on exploration of task group dynamics will include skill practice, role-play, and simulation. Prerequisite: CCM 321 or equivalent training and experience with instructor consent. 3 crs.
