This course explores how business leaders can develop effective strategies to build inclusive trust cultures for their work groups and organizations. Students will apply their insights about leadership, trust, and inclusion dynamics to practical skill development. Students will develop competencies in facilitation and implementation techniques, and will explore personal mastery issues. Students will refine their awareness about the requirements and facilitation of a synergistic team dynamic. 3 crs.
