The ability to trust and be trusted generates a dynamic team culture that promotes innovative, breakthrough thinking. When a culture develops randomly, it is generally fear-based. This course will explore the competitive advantage of intentionally creating an organizational culture of trust. This is not a lecture course. Experiential exercises are integrated with highly interactive dialogue. Meets LAC outcome: HCA4. 3 crs.
