Examines biological principles in action over evolutionary to ecological time scales, including a survey of major taxa and their adaptive innovations. Th ree lectures weekly. Although this course fulfi lls the L.A.P. requirement, the diffi culty of this course is intended for students continuing in the sciences or pursuing a science endorsement in education. Students must also enroll in BIO 102 and 105. Fall semester.
