3 credits The techniques of printing in relief will be explored through the use of linoleum and wood blocks. Students will create drawings and designs, transfer them onto blocks, and cut and print them in limited editions. The use of multiple color prints will also be explored. A sketchbook with notes on methods and techniques is required. Prerequisite: VIS 1009A or permission of the instructor. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
