1 credit T'ai Chi Ch'uan is one of the world's oldest health, fitness, anrelax ation systems. This introductory course covers the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. The Beijing Form being taughtincorporates movements that focus on all major muscle groups and areas of stress. While the performance of the form exercises your entire body, you will feel relaxed and energized. At the end of this course each student will have learned a daily routine that will keep him/her healthy, fit, and stress free. Students are evaluated Pass/Fail. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
