1 credit This course will provide instruction in Krav Maga, the official system of defensive tactics used in the Israeli Defense and Security Forces. The course will teach non-lethal methods of subduing and controlling assailants. Students will learn to defend against common "street"situa tions, including those involving weapons, by utilizing natural reactions to defuse dangerous situations. Students are evaluated Pass/Fail. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
