3 credits This professional business-related course is an advanced course in labor arbitration requiring students to have successfully completed Introduction to Arbitration as a prerequisite. This course will prepare stu dents to develop practical case-handling skills and effective techniques and strategies for being successful advocates in labor arbitration hearings. Students will gain experience in preparing cases, making opening and closing arguments, examining witnesses and developing case strategies. This course will utilize numerous case studies and simulated arbitrations. Prerequisite: MGT 2016N. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
