3 credits This course is intended for students who seek dual certification in childhood (grades 1-6), middle childhood (grades 5-9), adolescence (grades 7-12), and special education. Teacher candidates gain experience with special education, preferably in a classroom that integrates children with various abilities and disabilities. Students are evaluated Pass/Fail. Prerequisites: EDU 3110N, EDU 3186N, EDU 4149N, and a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5. Corequisite: EDU 4190N. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
