3 credits A continuation of EDU 3103N, which requires three half-days of field work per week in grades 4-6 for 9 hours per week (approximately 125 hours). In the accompanying seminar, the following will be covered (1) development of lesson and unit plan utilizing the NYSSS for each of the three grade levels; (2) learning processes, motivation, and classroom man agement including student-teaching ethics; (3) successful implementation of strategies for dealing with multicultural and socioeconomically disad vantaged children. Prerequisites: EDU 3103N, EDU 3104N, EDU 3146N, and a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5. Corequisites: EDU 4114N, EDU 4115N and EDU 4149N. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
