3 credits In this course, students will study some of the classic works of chil dren's literature from the 19th and 20th centuries. Works include such texts as: Alice In Wonderland, the Oz books of L. Frank Baum, The Wind In The Willows, The Secret Garden, Winnie the Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner, Peter Pan, and Charlotte's Web. This course is of special interest to students seeking certification in Elementary or Secondary Education. Prerequisite: ENG 1001A. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
