3 credits A one semester course for upper-level undergraduate students in Economics, Business, and other related fields. An overview of microeconomic theory and its implications for various legal issues such as contract law, tort, and property law. These laws, along with criminal law and com mon law, will be reviewed to familiarize students with the economic aspect of the law. Prerequisite: ECN 2002A or permission of the instructor.
