3 credits This course introduces the student to the concepts of crew resource management (CRM) and the contributions CRM makes to the safe and efficient performance to members of flight crews and, indeed, any group. Through group projects and in-class exercises, students will develop their own CRM skills and learn how to apply them to varied situations and set tings. While this course is primarily intended for students who wish to become professional pilots, the skills learned are important to manage ment in any organizational setting. Prerequisites: AER 1001N, AER 1002N, AER 1003N, AER 2004N. Offered: 2008 - 2010.
